Lumirain does not accept returns of products with opened packaging or used items. *Exceptions may apply in certain countries.
Lumirain对设备自原始购买日起提供两年保修（当地法律要求更长质保期的国家除外），保障产品在正常使用下出现的功能故障。本保修仅覆盖影响设备正常工作的核心部件。Lumirain provides a 2-year warranty for this device against defects arising from normal use, effective from the original purchase date, except in countries where local laws require a longer minimum warranty period. The warranty covers functional parts that affect device operation.
本保修不适用于展厅样机；不包含正常磨损、意外损坏、人为误用或疏忽造成的外观损耗。任何私自拆开、拆解设备及配件的行为，将直接导致保修失效。This warranty does not apply to showroom units. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear, accidents, misuse or negligence. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device or its accessories will void the warranty.
若您在保修期内发现产品故障并向Lumirain反馈，我们将酌情免费更换设备。保修范围内的索赔需提供有效凭证，证明故障发生在保修期限内。请妥善保管原始购买凭证与设备序列号，作为保修核验依据。更换产品不再顺延两年保修期，若产品为已停产限量款，我们将为您更换同款式、不同配色/设计的同型号产品。If you report a defect to Lumirain during the warranty period, we will replace the device free of charge at our discretion. All warranty claims must be supported by valid proof dated within the warranty term. Please retain your original receipt and device serial number for verification. Replacement products do not receive a new 2-year warranty. If the limited-edition model has been discontinued, you will receive the same model with different color or design.
本有限保修取代所有口头、书面、明示或暗示的其他保证，产品生产、销售及使用过程中不承担任何默示担保责任。This limited warranty supersedes all other oral, written, express or implied warranties. No implied warranties shall arise from the manufacture, sale or use of the product.

申请保修流程：请登录www.Lumirain.com账户，选择提交保修申请，系统将为您生成退货授权码（RMA），并附带详细退货指引。本次服务不退还运费。本承诺不影响您作为消费者的法定权益。To file a warranty claim: Log in to your account at www.Lumirain.com and submit a warranty request. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. This promise does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
额外收费规则（自2019年9月15日起生效）：
1. 在中国大陆、香港、台湾、澳门地区以外购买产品，并在以上地区申请两年保修，需收取产品原价25%的服务费。
2. 在Lumirain.com使用非人民币、港币、新台币、澳门元结算购买的产品，若在中国大陆、香港、台湾、澳门地区申请两年保修，同样收取产品原价25%的服务费。
3. 服务费按照产品原始标价计算，不因网站折扣而改变。Additional Charges (Effective September 15, 2019):
1. Products purchased outside Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, applying for 2-year warranty within the above regions will be charged 25% service fee based on original price.
2. Products purchased on Lumirain.com with currencies other than CNY, HKD, TWD, MOP, applying for warranty within above regions will be charged 25% service fee.
3. Service fee is calculated based on original price, regardless of any website discount.
